Standards & compliance
DIROCK mortise locks have undergone full-scale performance and fire testing by accredited laboratories including Intertek and Warrington. They are manufactured to complying with EN 12209 and DIN 18251 for mechanical performance and dimension, and are fire-tested to EN 1634-1. Fire test performance
Our fire-rated mortise lock series have passed stringent fire resistance test. Depending on the specific model and door construction, they can meet 30–240 minute fire-resistance requirements for wooden or steel fire doors.
Fire test (EN1634-1):
Steel fire door: 240mins; Timber fire door: 90mins (Intertek)
Steel fire door: 240mins; Timber fire door: 30/60/90/120mins (Warrington)

Dimensions & types
DIROCK fire-rated mortise locks are available in a range of specifications to suit various door preparations:
Center distance: 72mm, 85mm
Backset: 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 80mm
Functions: Latch, deadlock, privacy, and other configurations.
Handing: Suitable for both right-handed and left-handed door openings.
Forend: Optional round or square ends with 20mm / 24mm width.

Our locks are CE-certified and comply with European door hardware standards, primarily EN12209 for mechanical performance and EN1634-1 for fire resistance. Models for emergency exit applications comply with EN179.
