Incoming material inspection
To ensure the quality of raw materials and components, we've established a stringent procurement and incoming material inspection process. Suppliers must undergo credential verification, sample testing, and trial validation before entering our Approved Supplier List. Each batch of incoming materials requires original test reports or certificates. Our QC staff will conduct strict verification on the purchased products, including measurement, inspection, observation, and process verification. Non-conforming materials are rejected at source. We also conduct annual supplier reviews to ensure their continuous compliance with our standards, building a solid quality barrier from the source.

In-process inspection
Our in-process inspection system includes first piece inspection, last piece inspection, self-inspection, patrol inspection, full inspection, and sampling inspection. Our QC team take product drawings and work instructions to strictly control each workstation. Operators conduct self-inspections, while QC staff perform patrol inspections, paying particular attention to the first and last products produced each day. They conduct sampling inspections of key dimensions, functions, and performance at specified frequencies to correct process deviations in real-time. Only products confirmed as qualified through these inspections are allowed to proceed to the next process. All inspection data is recorded for traceability and issue resolution.
Finished products inspection
To ensure product quality and prevent non-conforming products from leaving our factory, we implement a two-stage inspection protocol: warehousing inspection and outgoing inspection.
Warehousing inspection: Verify products according to technical documents, inspect each item according to standards through sampling. Only qualified products are permitted to enter the warehouse. Outgoing Inspection: Products are inspected according to a sampling ratio before leaving the factory, and only qualified products are allowed to be sold. Non-conforming products are not allowed to leave the factory and are handled according to the non-conforming product control procedure.
