This CE mortise lock passed fire resistance test according to EN1634-1: 240mins on steel fire door ; 90mins on timber fire door. The performance of it confirms to EN12209. Mortise Lock size is in compliance with DIN18251. For this 85mm center distance mortise lock , we can provide different backset: 45,50mm,55mm,60mm. As for materials, the latch,deadbolt,follower,forend,strike plate,screws are made of quality stainless steel 304, the lock case is SECC. Which helps the mortise lock to be corrosion resistant and rust resistant. Our mortise lock are supplied with strike plate,fixing screws and dustproof plastic box.
