Crafted entirely from SS304 stainless steel, this 7072Z mortise lock delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life even in harsh environments. It has passed cycle tests – 200,000 cycles for the latch and 50,000 cycles for the deadbolt – to meet heavy-duty usage in commercial and public buildings.
With excellent high-temperature resistance, the lock maintains stable performance and mechanical strength under fire conditions, fully complying with EN1634‑1 fire resistance requirements. We offer a wide range of backset options from 50mm to 80mm to suit different door designs, while the reinforced lock body ensures long‑term safe operation on heavy-duty doors.
