DIROCK Door Hardware is a professional manufacturer of fire proof architectural hardware. Our factory is located in China.

We produce European standard fire rated door hardware,mainly include stainless steel mortise lock, stainless steel lever handle, profile brass cylinder, stainless steel door hinge, which can meet the requirements of different applications and designs of fire resistance door hardware in modern architecture building projects.

Our production is compliant, the products is compliant,  and we are also a healthy factory.

1. FPC System

Our manufacture is in compliance with regulations. We have built Factory production control (FPC) system, 

which complies with ISO 9001 standard . Our FPC system is implemented as follows:

• All production processes are carried out according to the requirements of procedure documents;

• Employees will get professional training before taking up their posts, and regular training and learning

  will be organized in the factory.

• The raw materials and parts purchased will be inspected and recorded, and the production process can

  be traced to which batch of products the raw materials are used.

• In the process of production and processing, there will be the inspection of the first and last parts, as

  well as random inspection, full inspection, etc.,

  to ensure the consistency of product quality.

• We have our own test lab to do relevant tests according to standard and brand customers’ requirements.

2. Certificate

Our product is compliant. All products pass the Certification according to the European product standard.

• Mortise lock: CE/UKCA certification according to En12209 / En1634-1 / Din18251

• Lever handle: Test Verification of Conformity according to En1906 / En1634-1 / Din18273

• Profile cylinder: Test Verification of Conformity according to En1303 / Din18252

• Hinge: CE/UKCA certification according to En1935 / En1634-1

  
  

3. Healthy factory

We are a healthy factory. Our factory covers an area of 20,000m² and the land is owned . We have our 

own workshops \ own funds and stable production & management team , our employees are basically 

resident, qualified and permanent. And we have always adhered to modern environmental protection 

concepts in the production process.

We have got the ISO9001:2015(UKAS) Certificate and just passed the 2022 ISO9001 quality management

system certification. The ISO14001 and ISO45001 is also under process now.
