Our manufacture is in compliance with regulations. We comply with AVCP system 1. We have passed ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Control Management System Certification in order to guarantee the consistency and traceability of the products .
Assessment and verification of constancy of performance
According to BS EN12209:2016, building hardware related to doors and windows on fire resistance and/ or smoke control doors should be AVCP SYSTEM 1.
1.Factory Production Control (FPC)
We establish, document and maintain an FPC system to ensure that our products placed on the market comply with the declared performance of the essential characteristics.
Our FPC system consist of procedures, regular inspections and tests and/or assessments and the use of the results to control raw and other incoming materials or components, equipment, the production process and the product.
2.Further testing of samples
Test plan: according to brand customers, do the test plan by batch. Full inspection: according to CE, a full inspection every half-year Regular inspection: according to standard, carry out regular inspections.
3.Assessment of performance
Our products are compliant. All products pass the Certification according to the European standard.
4.Initial inspector & Continuous surveillance
We have been doing CE certification since 2013. Surveillance of the FPC is undertaken annually. And the inspection is conducted by Warrington & Intertek institutions.
