European standard CE marking Grade 13 fire rated stainless steel door hinge passed 200,000 test cycles, strictly complying with standard EN1935, BS7352, ANSI/BHMA156.7. Test door mass of our CE door hinge is up to 120kg. 2 ball bearing design is more popular because it has small ball bearings in the hinge knuckle which can help to reduce friction when the door is turning. Fire rated test is up to 240 minutes on steel door and 60 minutes on timber door according to EN1634-1. Material is stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 is also available. The door hinge leaves, button tip, plain ball bearing are SS304, removable pin is SS201. Our fire door hinge is suitable for use on fire/smoke resistant doors.
