ISO 9001 is the most mature quality framework worldwide, with over 750,000 organizations in 161 countries/regions currently utilizing this framework. ISO 9001 establishes standards not only for quality management systems but also for overall management systems. It aids various types of organizations in achieving success through improvements in customer satisfaction, enhanced employee motivation, and continuous enhancement.

The objective of ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification is to ensure that a company's products or services consistently meet customer requirements. This advanced management standard is designed to guide operational management within enterprises.

  1. Our factory has established the Factory Production Control (FPC) system in accordance with standard requirements. All production processes are carried out based on 

      procedural document mandates.

  2. Employees receive professional training before taking up their positions. Regular staff training sessions are organized within the factory.

  3. Purchased raw materials and components undergo inspection and are recorded. The use of such raw materials in specific product batches can be traced during production.

  4. Throughout the production process, there are inspections of initial and final pieces, as well as spot checks, sampling inspections, and comprehensive inspections, all of which 

      ensure product quality consistency.

Hebei Jianhua Lock Industry adheres to the concept of compliance-driven production, ensuring product quality through scientific and effective methods. Acquiring the ISO 9001 certification is not our ultimate goal. In the production process and enterprise management, we persist in implementing relevant standards, rigorously controlling product quality, maintaining consistency, and traceability of quality.
