How to reverse latch on mortice lock

The curved side of the mortice lock latch should meet the strike plate on the door frame when the doors are closing. So the latch bolt should be reversible to suit doors be hinged on the left and right. And for this mortice door lock which the latch can be reversible inside, reverse latch is quite simple:

Step1: Invert the mortice sash lock

Step2: Push the latch into lock case, reverse the latch
