Supported profile cylinder types
DIROCK supplies a full range of EN 1303-compliant euro profile cylinders to suit various door applications:
• Euro double cylinder – Key operation on both sides.
• Euro thumb-turn cylinder – Key operation on one side, thumbturn on the other.
• Euro single / half cylinder – Available in keyed or thumb-turn variants for single-sided operation.
• Euro toilet/privacy cylinder – Features a thumb turn operation on one side and an emergency release slot on the other.

Section: ⌀17*33*10mm (Cylinder diameter: ⌀17mm, cylinder height: 33mm, cylinder length inside: 10mm)
Length range:
Thumb turn and double cylinders: 60-95mm
Half cylinders: 40-55mmm

Keys
Each cylinder is supplied with 3 brass keys. Cupronickel keys are also available. Our keys are tested to meet the torque and strength requirements of EN 1303, ensuring reliable performance.

Material & surface finishes
Our profile cylinders are manufactured from quality brass and are available in different surface finishes, such as matted black, satin brass.

Yes. Our euro profile cylinder can be used on fire rated doors in public buildings such as commercial complexes and healthcare facilities. They passed 60mins fire resistance test for timber fire doors, and the relevant test report is available upon request.

Our Euro profile cylinders deliver certified, long-term durability and security. They are endurance-tested for 100,000 cycles and incorporate a 5 or 6 security pin tumbler mechanism, achieving Grade 4 in key-related security (EN 1303) for a high level of protection against unauthorized key duplication. These qualities make our cylinders a reliable component for fire-rated door assemblies.
